Energy Sector: $1.3 million tender

National Public Services Authority (ASEP) has opened a tender process for $1.3 million to hire a consultancy to advise on the review of concession agreements and on structuring the sale of 51% of the shares of Elektra Noreste (ENSA), Metro-Oeste (Edemet) and Chiriquí (Edechi).

The contract will have a term of 36 months, with an execution period of 30 months and payments within 30 calendar days. The scope includes technical, financial and legal aspects, promoting the participation of local and regional firms, with the aim of ensuring transparency and efficiency in the process.

Important dates for interested companies:

September 25, 2025: pre-bid meeting and homologation.

November 13, 2025: receipt and opening of electronic proposals.
