The National Migration Service of Panama has established the obligation to update the address for all foreign residents, whether provisional residents or permanent residents.
The procedure must be carried out within 30 calendar days following a change of residence. Failure to comply entails a fine of B/.100.00, and in cases of recurrence, it may even result in the cancellation of immigration status or deportation.
Keeping your address updated is essential for completing residence renewals, passport stamp transfers, and other immigration procedures.
At CLD Legal, we are at your disposal to assist you in this process and to help you avoid penalties or delays in your immigration procedures. Contact us at info@cldlegal.com
